Welcome to PMP Perspectives

PMP perspectives provides value to customers through Agile methodologies, Lean Six Sigma, and Project Management techniques.

Brian has over 28 years in the retail sector with 25 years managing both operations and people. He has spent the last 15 years managing various rollouts, training, and leading orginaizational change initiatives in field operations.

Brian earned his B.S. in Business Management in Operations from Purdue University. He earned his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and Six Sigma Certified Champion through the Management and Strategy Instiute. He is a Certified SCRUM Master through the SCRUM Alliance and completed his PMP training  on the way to being a Certified Project Management Professional through Project Management Institute.
